Jessica has led an impressive career as a practice and operations manager turned consultant in her 20 years working in the dental industry. With the mission of sharing her passion for the business of dentistry she founded Fultential Consulting in 2022 to help doctors and practices achieve success and maximum profitability.
Having gained experience and success in start-up establishments, growth strategy, and team development Jessica has developed a unique perspective that emphasizes teamwork and the role communication plays in practice success. She is results-driven and takes great pride in her ability to consistently deliver the desired outcomes for her clients year after year.
Jessica was raised and currently resides in the northern suburbs of Chicago. Outside of the office you can find her spending time with friends and family, traveling, working in her garden, and enjoying live music.
Jessica graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois.
Laurie is a well-recognized authority in Labor and Employment Law. She is widely published on topics that include Wages and Hours, drafting employment and termination agreements, and employment discrimination law. Laurie is currently the Editor-In-Chief of Bender’s Labor & Employment Bulletin which publishes articles on timely labor and employment topics.
Prior to her return to private practice, Laurie was a clinical professor at Chicago-Kent College of Law, IIT where she taught courses including Employment Relationships, Labor Law, and Pretrial Litigation, and supervised students on actual employment cases. Currently the principal at The Law Offices of Laurie E. Leader, LLC, she specializes in devising litigation strategies in labor and employment and commercial cases and in drafting and negotiating employment and severance agreements and employment policies and procedures. Laurie has been in practice for in excess of 40 years and is also a certified mediator.
